We are Simple Fitness and we help people get and stay on track with their fitness desires and goals. We make simple fitness plans plus unique virtual races and challenges all designed to help our customers be a little healthier and happier a little at a time.

We try to be clear and concise. We help individuals and families, parents and kids – everyone – to be active. We help prepare for future adventures while acknowledging past efforts and success. 

We aim to avoid social media and encourage our customers to reconnect with themselves, their surroundings, nature, neighbors, family, and strangers alike.

Our logo features a rock pile "cairn" that can often be found along the desert trails of Utah (where we're based). These rock piles help people know they're on the right path while simply blending in with their surrounding. We want to be that for our customers - keeping them on track without getting in the way. Founded by Holland Newton in 2023. Formerly with Virtual Running Club, he helped thousands with their walking and running goals. As certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, author, former college athlete and fitness club manager, he has seen and learned a lot and wants to help you live a little healthier life a little at a time.
